Courtney has a passion for helping guide you on a path to success and creating a life you are excited about. Courtney is a California native and has called Murfreesboro home for over sixteen years. Courtney established New Day Behavioral Health in 2020.
Courtney earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Nursing and her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Middle Tennessee State University. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, Courtney has a passion for helping individuals find joy and meaning in life.
Courtney enjoys spending quality time with her family, loves exploring the outdoors and traveling.
Dr. Moncier has a wide range of experience and expertise. She completed her FNP at Vanderbilt University in 2004 and then continued her education by receiving her DNP from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN in 2012.
Dr. Moncier specializes in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD and addiction issues and provides a supportive space for guiding you to feeling your best.
In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors and loves to hike and kayak.
Crystal is an experienced psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes in an integrative approach to mental health. She is an active listener and approaches each patient compassionately. Crystal received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Tennessee State University and proudly served for twelve years in the United States Navy as a Navy Nurse Corps Officer. Crystal completed her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama specializing in psychiatry, and was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society.
Crystal enjoys adventures with her family, live music, weightlifting, and walks in nature.
Linda is an experienced provider, ready to help you on your journey to better mental health and wellness. Linda has practiced in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, as well as in geriatric medicine. Linda obtained her Masters degree in nursing education at Western Kentucky University and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at the University of South Alabama.
She earned certification as a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner at East Tennessee University and a medical nurse practitioner at Western Kentucky University.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling and quality time with her family.
Jordan has years of experience in both outpatient mental health and integrative health settings. He will compassionately work with you in finding the right regimen to get you feeling like your best self.
He understands that everyone is unique and encourages his patients to have a voice in their treatment process. Jordan received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Belmont University and his Master of Science in Nursing at Union University specializing in psychiatry.
In his free time, he enjoys music, sports, movies, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
Dollie graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2013, and spent over 8 years in various critical care settings. She left the ICU to pursue a career in psychiatry, and graduated with her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Union University in 2021.
Dollie believes in using a holistic and integrative approach to tailor a plan specifically for her patients. She thoroughly enjoys getting to know each and every one of her patients while developing a therapeutic relationship with them.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her dogs, traveling, and playing volleyball.
Kari is a Murfreesboro native who attended Middle Tennessee State University with a major in English and a minor in Women's Studies. With over 13 years experience in insurance, operations and office management in the medical field, including 9 of those in mental health, she is ready to help our patients with all their scheduling, insurance and payment needs.
When not running our office, Kari enjoys traveling to Atlanta Braves baseball games, cheering on the Nashville Predators, trying new local restaurants and traveling with her family.
Keri-Ann is a native of California and has made Tennessee her home for almost 20 years. She attended the University of California, Riverside where she studied Early Childhood Development. Keri-Ann worked for Murfreesboro City Schools for 10 years before deciding to work in the medical field.
As our front desk supervisor, she is a warm and welcoming face to our patients. When she's not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
